I have been extremely pleased with the mortgage deal Richard secured for me, and by the time it completed, the rate had reduced so the deal got even better! This is our second time using Wooton and Bean for the purchase of a property. Their knowledge of the market along with their ability to keep it simple for anyone to understand makes the whole process, which at times can seem daunting, like you’ve done it a hundred times before. They are incredibly quick and responsive, always happy to chat and answer any questions as well as keeping us updated throughout the process.
